    Join expert Julia Rogers and treat yourself to a rich journey into the delicious world of cheese. 5 Ontario artisinal cheeses will be paired with local craft beer.

  • BREWING WITH THE BREWMASTER

    Saturday or Sunday throughout the year
    Spend the day, in costume, with our Brewmaster. Learn how to brew as they did in the 1860s. Take home a 2L growler of beer. Pre-registration required.
